ACO push-fit pipe system is made from stainless steel, offering a high-end alternative to plastic and galvanized steel pipes. In food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, corrosive medium always exists in drainage system, thus bringing greater challenges to pipes.

ACO pipe has shown strong corrosion resistance in the field of industrial water drainage for many years. The smooth inner surface provides excellent water flow conditions to the whole piping system, reducing the need for cleaning and risk of sedimentation.

ACO pipe and fittings are available in 40 mm, 50 mm, 75 mm, 110 mm, 125 mm, 160 mm, 200 mm, 250 mm and 315 mm external diameters with the standard lengths from 0.15 meter up to 6 meters for optimum practicality and ease of assembly.

ACO pipes comply with DIN EN 1124 and are fully pickled and passivated.

According to EN 1124, a stainless steel pipe system must be designed for an operating pressure of up to 0.5 bar without additional safeguards. Our pipe system has been tested up to an operating pressure of 0.7 bar! When using our push-in locking device, a maximum operating pressure of 2.0 bar is permitted (up to DN 125).

A kink-proof and double-sealing function in the ACO sealing element guarantees long-term functionality with the ACO PIPE socket connection. The ACO PIPE sleeves are equipped with sealing elements made of EPDM and are suitable for use in a temperature range of -50 ° C to + 130 ° C.
