The ACO hygienic box channel range incorporates the hygienic design principles to ensure the top hygienic performance. The ACO hygienic box channel range is ideal for applications where there is a need to retain large volumes of fluid. All ACO hygienic box channels have been tested and certified according to EN 1253.

Hygienic features:

  • Stainless steel grade min. 1.4301 according to EN 10088 (304 according to AISI)
  • All internal radii equal or larger than 3mm which greatly increases cleaning effectiveness
  • Fully welded hygienic joints to eliminate crevices that can harbour dangerous bacteria
  • Edge infill to minimize risk of floor cracks which could harbour microorganism
  • Minimal slope 1% longitudinal and minimal slope 5° sectional
  • V shape bottom for width ≤ 300 mm and reinforced bottom for width > 400mm
  • Adjustable levelling feet
  • 304 or 316L slit basket available as accessory
  • Detachable foul air trap and support available as accessory
  • Outlet without deformation
